They did not give meal or hotel vouchers despite us missing our connection. They instead said we could submit for reimbursement. Seems like a way to avoid having to pay out

Not sure how I got the last rww middle seat of the flight right on the bathroom wall when: I booked a couple months in advance I have Delta points/member I wasn't even offered to choose my own seat but my friend I travel with has none of Delta so called perks but checked in later and got to choose a seat. Plus I paid $90 extra dollars and got the same seat and food she did flying back from Italy yeasterday. Also she got to use her TSA #. Not me. Not once while traveling for a month. Why? Waiting for a reply. Thanks for a reply

Late to board. Couldn’t leave once boarded because a fire truck was parked beside plane. The firemen left the truck to go to another location with emergency lights on. We couldn’t leave. They couldn’t find them. More than an hour late leaving.
